The following are the terms and conditions between the service provider and client where service provider is Beillustrated and the client is the receiver of the service against their monthly subscription.

1. No commitment, cancel anytime.

   1. In our commitment to transparency and customer satisfaction, we adhere to the principle of "No commitment, cancel anytime." This means that when you engage with our services, there is no mandatory long-term commitment required from your end. We understand that circumstances may change, and preferences vary, so we provide you with the flexibility to cancel your subscription at any time without incurring any additional fees or penalties. This commitment reflects our dedication to putting you, the customer, in control of your experience. We believe in providing a hassle-free and convenient service, and our terms and conditions are designed to align with this customer-centric approach, ensuring your peace of mind throughout your engagement with our offerings.
   2. In case of cancellation/termination client gets back all data including domain, provided by the client for the purpose of project’s development but doesn’t have the right to website’s code, theme, core designs or graphics that were made to run the website. In case of client’s brand associated content, if created by service provider, will be handed over in respect of copyright of the client’s brand.

2. Lifetime website design, changes & update services. Lifetime here is the life of subscription.

   1. Client is eligible to have 1 major or up to 4 minor updates every month in case of base plan. For other plans it will be as described at the time of purchase. Here, a major update can be defined by a works that consumes greater than 8 working hours (1 working day). Minor task can be defined as a work that consumes less than 8 working hours (1 working day).
   2. In case Client needs additional work other than as defined in 2.a. service provider has the right to deny or charge extra for the task.
   3. For theme change of the website at zero expense, client’s subscription must be at-least 5 years old. Client can always opt for theme change by paying extra.

3. No additional cost for hosting, domain renewal, SSL certificate, SEO, eCommerce with up to 50 products.

   1. For the base plan there will be no additional cost for recurring mandatory services like, website hosting space, domain renewal and SSL certificate.
   2. Hosting cost is not chargeable for standard website with standard traffic. In case client’s website has high traffic and needs additional bandwidth to run, to provide proper speed, accessibility and avoid crashing, hosting cost will be charged.
   3. Domain renewal is included in the basic subscription for domains that has market value less than INR 1500.00 (USD 18.00) for its purchase or renewal. Else the client will be charged upfront.
   4. SSL Certificate of industry standard level security will be provided. In case client has a requirement for higher, expensive SSL if will be charged upfront.
   5. Standard SEO service will be included in base plan. This ensures website will be searchable or recommended on popular search engines. SEO service to have higher rank in search results will cost extra as per the requirement of the client.
   6. Ecommerce with up to 50 products will be products will be provided within the subscription plan. For additional products Rs50 one time cost will be added. Under 50 total products at time client can have it removed or added as many times as the need at no extra cost.

4. Types of websites covered in base 999 plan are:

   1. Standard, Portfolio, Blog, Corporate, News, Entertainment, Technology, Non-Profit, Education, Real Estate, Miscellaneous, Wedding, Gaming, Artistic, Abstract, Mobile & Ecommerce. All these website goal will be to make client’s required information easily accessible to any one on internet for personal or business reasons.
   2. For website that needs frequent updates like Blog, News website, eCommerce training will be provided online to use the website properly to add as many contents as client wants. For such websites though if bandwidth requirement or hosting space requirement raises beyond sustainability to the point of crashing, an upgrade will be charged extra. The requirement can be noticed by slow loading/freezing of the website or being unable to add new content.

5. Access limitations for security in terms of subscription service.

   1. Client can edit by self, using author account only.
   2. Client cannot edit or download the core website features or edit it by themselves. As such access may lead violation of the limitation for the subscription package.
   3. All required changes that can’t be done with the author account, has to be done by the service provider. Client will ask the service provider to make the needed update or changes.
   4. cPanel or Webserver access will not be available due to security and limitation of subscription package.
   5. Domain must be transferred to service provider to provide full access and complete utilization of the property.

6. Server Management

   1. In case client needs to host/redirect subdomain with 3rd party service, the service provider will assist with the task but will not give direct server access to the client or 3rd party for the security and requirement for limitations of subscription terms.

7. In case client has already purchased a domain.

   1. The renew value of client’s domain will be refunded at the end of 6th month with 7th month billing of subscription. (Value must be below Rs1500/year)

8. Subscription pricing and processing.

   1. The subscription price may be hiked or reduced without notice depending on market values of the provided services at the given time. Price hike will only be done on the basis of inflation and for no other reasons.
   2. Addon subscription can be added or removed at any time.
   3. The current month subscription fee will be non-refundable in case of cancellation.
   4. Subscription invoice will be auto generated on 1st of every month and will be due for payment by 10th of the invoice month.
   5. Yearly or long-term subscription is allowed only for the clients who are at-least 1 year old, in reference to the limitations of the subscription terms.
   6. All prices are inclusive of GST taxes.
   7. In case client feels unsafe paying advance, service provider can start the work without advance payments. Upon communication service provider will encourage the new client to pay later to safeguard them from online scams.
