We offer our services worldwide digitally via email, cloud storage or FTP. In case of physical shipping samples or related product, we deliver via leading domestic and international shipping providers to ensure safe and fast delivery. Cash on Delivery is not available for any digital or physical orders. Shipping Charges are charged separately.
Delivery
We strive to dispatch your order at the earliest and goes through several stages to ensure quality. In case of loss of digital supplied goods, we keep it backed up for at least a year for you. You can contact our support team to a copy.
In case of physical item, we will keep you updated on the dispatch and delivery status of your order through email and message. Once dispatched, delivery within India normally takes 1-4 business days depending on the pin code, while deliveries outside India may take 3-10 business days. Please note that unforeseen circumstances on the logistics provider’s end may sometimes cause delays.
Our delivery partners will make a maximum of 3 delivery attempts before returning the package to us. To ensure timely delivery, please provide complete and accurate shipping details, including pin/zip code and a valid mobile number.
Customs and Import Duties: For orders to be delivered within India, we do not charge or collect any additional taxes or duties. However, orders to be delivered outside India may be subject to country-specific import duties levied once the package reaches the destination country. We do not collect any duties and taxes while you place your order. Any additional charges towards import/customs duties and taxes, if applicable, will be levied by the customs authority and borne by the receiver. Please note that customs policies vary widely from country to country, and we recommend checking with the local customs office for further information.
As the importer on record when ordering from our website, it is your responsibility to comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are ordering the goods.
