Yes, we are a registered business and will provide you with invoice for every payment made which can be used for filing by individuals and organizations alike.
Yes, as we have been in the business for reasonably long, we have samples to showcase for each of our services. In case you come up with unique requirement that rightfully demands for a freshly made sample, we will happily create one for you.
in case you are willing to pay for the samples, we can always make one for you.
Several of our clients are new or first timers. So we are used to rough, drafty project details. We can organize your file in proper format and get it approved from you before we start working on it.
For professionals, it's always a good idea to submit in industry standard formats as it saves valuable time and your project goes directly into production.
This depends vastly on peek working days and type of projects. Most of our projects take at least 3-4 weeks. But yes, simple ones may get delivered in a day.
You can have the delivery time finalized after we have reviewed the project details from you, we can discuss the delivery date before formally starting the work.
At the moment we do not accept payments in crypto.
Other than that all the standard currency are accepted with it's conversion rate added to the bill.
USD & INR is the standard currency for most of our bank transactions.
You have two options :
1. Full advance as Escrow (Fees applicable).
2. 50% advance with no additional fees.
You will have to go for any of the two to formally start the project.
Escrow is the third party service between client and us. It is highly recommended by us to go for escrow in case of international deals, as they add additional security layer and hold the funds on befall of both of us. An escrow service keeps the full payment that is paid by you for the entire duration for the project. Once we complete and project is ready for delivery, we ask you via third party escrow service, to release the payment to us. In case we don't deliver in time you can deny or request full refund directly from the 3rd party.
An escrow service also stores agreement between us and act as middle man to solve any disputes legally.
The advance is for the security of the valuable time we dedicate to work on your project. In case there is communication break, we can rest assured that you will try your best to reach back to us.
We being a registered business, file our every transaction and hence your advance payment can be traced and proven in case of legal action.
So 50% advance is for project's assurance that it won't get cancelled abruptly.
You may use any of the payment method mentioned below as per your comfort. Discuss with us first before sending any sort of payment.
We will provide invoice and acknowledge receiving of payment over email for every payment made.
